This Sunday
This Sunday we will find out the results of the poll that determined which Old Testament character's story we'll hear from this summer: Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, or David. I'm excited about being in the Old Testament for the summer. The stories we'll look at will challenge and stretch us. Plan now to be here Sunday morning for the beginning of this series! - Pastor Jeremy

New Associate Pastor
At the church board meeting on Monday evening, the board unanimously extended a call to Rev. Dennis M. Scott to join our church community as an associate pastor (yes, this is Pastor Jeremy's father). He will bring 40+ years of ministerial experience to help direct us in the things of discipleship as well as in many other intangibles. We praise God for this new relationship! Stay tuned for a date for an installation service. In the meantime, you can email Dennis here. Welcome, Dennis and Linda!

Tumbleweed Gulch:
Where God’s Love Changes Everything!
Our Kids Week is fast approaching (just over a month away!) We need your help in ministering to our children during our Kids’ Summer Fun Week, so please join us for a planning meeting on Tuesday, June 12 at 7:00 PM at the chapel.

Partnership Meeting
We had a great report last Sunday from the team who visited La Iglesia de Vida Abundante and Gotitas de Amor in Guatemala a few weeks ago. The church board has set up Guatemala Partnership Committee to determine the manner by which we'll take this opportunity on in the coming future. We would love for additional minds & hearts to help in this process! The first meeting is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Monday, June 18, at the chapel.

Worship and Sunday School Time Survey
The church board is asking for your input in deciding whether to keep the timing of our Sunday gatherings as they are right now or to revert back to our old format. Would you take a few moments to fill out this survey? Copies will also be available at the chapel, but either way, please fill it out but once. Thanks for your help!

  • Doug Gerber reports: "My Dad's numbers came back the highest they've been in years! The docs and nurses at Dana Farber officially call him 'Miracle Man'. He's already been a case study at Harvard Medical school. To quote "they've never seen someone have such a comeback from cancer and a combination of fatal autoimmune diseases." Much love and thanks for your prayerful and financial support. Don't know what tomorrow brings, but for today - joyful tears and CELEBRATION!"
